Q: How does the package time slot work?
Each day has six time slots. You may choose your visiting date, preferred time slot, and the food and beverage options that come with the packages at our ticketing platform.
*Every slots are limited and are available on a first-come, first served basis

Q: Can I enter the photo zone without purchasing a package?
The acolab anime cafe and merchandise store don’t require a ticket for entry. However, access to the photo zone is reserved for those who purchase any of the packages.

Q: How does entry work for the cafe?
If you’ve chosen a date and session via ticketing platform, you’ll have the priority entry. Walk-ins are subject to availability and through normal walk-in lane.

Q: Can I visit another day if I can’t make it on my chosen visitation day?
No worries! If you missed your chosen date and session, your entry is still valid for one month from your selected date. You can visit via the normal walk-in lane on a first-come, first-served basis (subject on availability).

Q: Are the meals in ACO LAB Muslim-friendly?
Yes, all food and drinks at ACO LAB are entirely free pork, lard, and alcohol.
