FAQs
Q: Are there time slots for package purchase?
The time slots are only for the café. Entry to the merchandise store and photo zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: Can I visit another day if I can’t make it on my chosen visitation day?
Rest assured, if you couldn’t make it for your chosen date and session, entry will still be valid within 1 month from your chosen date through the normal walk-in lane on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability).
Q: Is there any time limit per table?
There will be a 90-minute time limit per table. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your chosen session to allow for a seamless transition and ensure a delightful dining experience for all our guests. Daily maximum capacity is to ensure smooth traffic flow in our café.
Q: Can I enter acolab. cafe without purchasing a package?
acolab. café and merchandise store are open to public. The Photo Zone is accessible only to those who purchase any one of the packages.
Q: How does the entry work for the café?
If you’ve chosen a date and session, you’ll have the priority entry through the designated lane. Walk-ins are subject to availability and use the normal walk-in lane.
Q: Are the meals in acolab. Muslim-friendly?
A: All the foods and drinks in ACOLAB are entirely free from pork, lard, and alcohol.
